Comprehensive care - offering you personalized mental health and psychiatric support.

Psychiatry

We will take a comprehensive look at your mental health within the context of your reproductive journey—whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or hormonal transitions. We’ll discuss your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and lifestyle factors to create a personalized, evidence-based plan. Treatment may include psychiatric medication, nutritional and supplement support, and recommendations for sleep, stress, and hormonal balance. We also offer genetic testing to help guide safer, more effective medication choices—especially important during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Every step is guided by compassion, clinical expertise, and your unique needs.

Therapy

We offer integrative psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and supportive therapy to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress. Our goal is to support self-discovery, resilience, and lasting change through personalized, compassionate care.

Nutritional Psychiatry

What we eat plays a powerful role in how we feel—mentally and emotionally. This assessment looks at how nutrition, gut health, and other factors may be impacting your mental well-being. Together we will explore your eating patterns, lifestyle, and any symptoms that might be linked to things like inflammation, nutrient imbalances, or gut-brain disruption. We will collaborate to create a personalized plan of foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes that support mood, focus, energy, and overall emotional balance. This approach is intended to compliment therapy or medication, and is rooted in the growing science of how nutrition impacts mental health. This may be especially helpful for women navigating hormonal transitions.

Genetic Testing

We offer genetic testing to identify how your body processes psychiatric medications and nutrients. This one-time test helps guide more personalized treatment decisions, reduce trial-and-error with medications, and support targeted care based on your unique biology.
